To Lash or Not to Lash

I fasted from applying false lash strips (eyelashes) for 2 weeks by the request of my husband. At week three, my sister-in-law, Phylicia Kutter, sent me the most amazing product that changed my view on false eyelashes forever.

My make-up journey started about 7 years ago when a friend completed an "eye look" during a drama production rehearsal. I was in love. I had spent years in the pageant industry, modeled for the Queens Collection of Covergirl but I never really looked at makeup as a "daily thing".

So this fast resulted in a new bond with my sister-in-law and a new outlook on excellence. Doing it in excellence or not at all is not about the outer you, but the inner being radiating a presence that everyone wants to follow.

I have not giving up lashes, I will reserve them for special occasions. I prefer to give excellence a chance on the natural me. And it's working.
